Product Description

Originally designed by the Hull Brothers, this industry changing trailer design simplifies the loading and unloading of anything on wheels.
We build this versatile model in two versions, the M/T Manual Hydraulic Tilting Model featured here, as well as an upgraded model known as the E/T, which stands for Electric/Tilt, meaning electric over hydraulic lifting system. The Main difference? The Manual Tilting M/T trailer uses a 3 ton capacity manually actuated lifting cylinder that raises the bed and holds it wherever you choose. Once you are done loading, simply lower the bed by releasing the valve on the tilt cylinder, lock the two spring loaded latches on the M/T's tongue, tie down your load and go. No ramps needed!!!
We've heard all the arguments. Powder Coat, Tri Coat, E Coat... and on on it has been going for years. When we chose to create this new trailer system, Hull Trailers was looking for three very important things. Quality, Cost and Durability. By keeping the system simple, we have eliminated the chances for error in the application of finishes. We steam clean the entire chassis, AFTER hand smoothing and prepping all edges and welds. Then the trailer gets an application of a special Iron Phosphate Wash that uses an acid solution to prep the steel while impregnating the pores of the steel with a microscopically thin layer of pure iron phosphate. This iron phosphate layer acts as literally trillions of little microscopic 'hooks' that reach up and out from the steel surface for primer to grab onto.
Next, the trailer is moved into the paint booth and NO ONE touches it from this point forward. The trailer is then coated in a complete layer of primer sealant, which acts as the initial barrier between the steel and that cold cruel world out beyond it.
Then, after the primer has flash cured, we follow the directions and lay on the cross linked polymer top coat, which bonds with the primer and sheets out to give our trailers a pretty nice looking finish, as you can see from the photo. So we can assure you the best finish for the money. See one of our trailers in person and we believe you'll agree that our paint does look pretty darn good for the money.
We love this system because it is affordable, can be repaired by anyone and is easily touched up when damaged. On top of the standard black gloss finish, we offer Flame Red, Industrial Yellow or Silver Metallic colors as optional choices as well.
To make sure that this trailer passes the most current DOT regulations we've implemented the very latest design of dual 30” length bright plated 5/16” with self latching safety hooks.
Additional features; LED lights, standard 2 5/16" coupler, brakes on both axles, 10 year factory plank, heavy gauge stake pockets. All units are 7 gauge steel, fully welded to frame @ flush floor height and we put 12 of them on every18’ model (6 per side)
